The hotel boasts a long history going back more than a hundred years, having originally been constructed as a guesthouse. It has since been fully modernised, while still maintaining beautiful historic details. Sofie Sommerfeldt, who ran the hotel during the early twentieth century, resided here with her two free-flying parrots, and you’ll find plenty of reminders of this era in today’s interior design. Like Sommerfeldt, our hope is that all our guests will feel right at home here!
