Parking
We have our own car park at the back of the hotel. Simply follow the green and black signs for Quality Airport Hotel Værnes guest car park. Hotel guests can park free of charge by registering their vehicle here. Please note that spaces cannot be reserved and availability is limited. You can also park in central Stjørdal for up to 3 hours between 8am – 5pm. You should use a parking disc that is available in the reception.
Public transport
There are good bus and train links to and from the hotel. Bus 70 runs Stjørdal and Værnesbetween and departs every 20 minutes during rush hour or every 30 minutes throughout the rest of the day. If you are heading to the hotel, you should get off at Torgkvartalet (shopping centre) in Stjørdal or at the Stjørdal train station. Torgkvartalet is about 1 minute's walk away from the hotel, while the train station is about 5 minutes away. Bus 311 runs between Værnes and Stjørdal station ever hour from 9am – 12 noon. Bus 330 runs between Værnes and central Stjørdal between 9am – 12 noon. Local train R70 also provides a convenient way to travel between Stjørdal, Trondheim Airport Værnes and Trondheim. To get to the airport, you can take a bus from the Shell station near Værnes.
