Very nice hotel. Since we were there in February the heated floors were especially appreciated! The room was a good size with 2 single beds pushed together. TV and Wifi were included. The bathroom…

Very nice hotel. Since we were there in February the heated floors were especially appreciated! The room was a good size with 2 single beds pushed together. TV and Wifi were included. The bathroom was large and included a hair dryer. I would have liked a breakfast but none was included.

Great budget hotel

Nice hotel in a good location. There is a small 'barception', like a small shop with sandwiches etc. Staff are very friendly and the hotel was incredibly clean. The hotel is at the bottom of the high street, one street along. It is close to the svipper bus stop from the airport, there is a supermarket round the corner and the shopping mall is nearby.

Avoid, unhelpful staff set the tone

Not good enough. No smoking signs at the entrance to the hotel / yet groups lighting up all the time set the tone. Hotel reception staff are rude, unhelpful and not welcoming and are like clones. The room was incredibly basic - shower tiny but thankfully hot water. Simply not acceptable for any hotel all this. Poor, not recommended.

The hotel is very much just a bedroom to be based from, not really any kind of luxury as the rooms are very small and there are no eating facilities. There wasn't even a kettle in the room! Bed was extremely soft and bouncy which was difficult to get used to and consequently we didn't sleep well

It was ok but overpriced tor what it offers. Breakfast is just a bag with some minimal stuff (water, smoothie, crackers and a piece of fruit); opposite to majority of all other places we visited in Tromso, there was no complementary coffee or tea. They do offer quite kindly complementary luggage storage.
