Can I park at the hotel?
Guests arriving by car will find plenty of public parking facilities operated by Göteborgs Stad. We recommend the Polstjärnegatan car park just a short walk away from the hotel entrance – please pay directly via "Parkering Göteborg" using the area code "3905".
Can I store my luggage at the hotel?
Absolutely! You are more than welcome to leave your belongings with us before you check in or after you check out to allow you to head off and explore the local surroundings without your bags in tow!
Is the hotel located within Karlatornet?
Clarion Hotel® Karlatornet is located in the building right next to Karlatornet, where you'll find the NÒR restaurant, Elements Spa and most of the hotel rooms. We also have some accommodation in Karlatornet itself, including luxurious suites, deluxe rooms and superior rooms on floor 58, providing panoramic views of Gothenburg. Make sure to select Sky Level rooms at the time of booking if you would like to stay here.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are more than welcome at the hotel and we also offer dog-friendly accommodation for a surcharge. There is no additional fee for guide dogs, but make sure to bring the required documentation with you. Please contact us at the time of booking if you would like to bring a pet to check the availability of pet-friendly rooms. For breakfast we recommend you to sit in the Living Room as it is quieter there.
