Clarion Collection® Hotel Plaza

The hotel is very nice, so is the staff. The breakfast is stunning! They loose a star from me, because the room is so hot and bad air. The windows is unable to open because of the location of the room. It’s a termostat in the room, that dont make any differance.

Exsreem small roms, extreme bad and hot air in the roms. Bad cleaning. We got Worse rom when we Ask for changing room.

Central location right by the Train station. Good service at the reception. Great breakfast and evening meal. Average Fika but a splendid stay altogether. Utilized the sauna and jacuzzi, but only for a,limited time - Could have been improved

We were extremely well taken care of with staff meeting all of our needs with extra beds and linen. We were charged a bit more than we received in the room, but they made sure to take it off the bill. We payed 3 800 SEK for two nights in a superior room and an extra bed. We had a child who was sick and the staff helped cleaning up after him and were very accommodating. The blonde~25 year old receptionist and ~40 year old breakfast hostess with dark hair, both female, were so helpful and service minded! The concept with included fika and dinner is also great, especially when traveling with kids. Definitely pick this hotel when going to Karlstad!

Best location, closer to Bus & Train stations & Market. Talkative & helpful reception staffs. Price includes Breakfast & Dinner. Sauna timing can be little longer (closes at 10 pm), also towels can be added in Sauna room.
