Comfort Hotel® Arctic

We arrived late afternoon and easy drive from the airport to the hotel. They have a small garage for small/regular cars only. Parking on the street also and option. Check in was smooth and quick and we stayed in room 518. Decent size room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. No noise from the corridor or outside. Within a few minutes walk you are at the main shopping street. Lulea Centre is small and walkable. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Breakfast area looked a bit like a canteen. And also no cappuccino! Just coffee or espresso. Overall we liked our stay before heading to the countryside. Good value for money so well recommended.

Very friendly staff. I passed through Lulea the day before my booking and they were happy to look after my luggage for a few hours and even offered me a free orange juice as I was looking a little hot and bothered. The facilities were very good., The hotel contains a small gym and a sauna. Breakfast is of good quality. Working wi-fi.

Great localization, near to the center and few steps from the bus stop and railway station. The bar opened 24/7 with nice and helpful staff, tasty various breakfast. And the relax zone with the sauna at evenings :)

Fantastic service, professional staff - so helpful. Clean rooms, the hotel standard was good but not great (no luxury hotel). Good breakfast and really nice that coffee was free of charge! Close to everything.

This hotel was a very positive surprise. Clean, good breakfast buffet, a garage for the rented car. A friendly staff. Easy to find. No noise in the night. The rooms are not very big, but big enough for one or twoe night.
