Comfort Hotel® Arctic

Very friendly staff. I passed through Lulea the day before my booking and they were happy to look after my luggage for a few hours and even offered me a free orange juice as I was looking a little hot and bothered. The facilities were very good., The hotel contains a small gym and a sauna. Breakfast is of good quality. Working wi-fi.

Great localization, near to the center and few steps from the bus stop and railway station. The bar opened 24/7 with nice and helpful staff, tasty various breakfast. And the relax zone with the sauna at evenings :)

Fantastic service, professional staff - so helpful. Clean rooms, the hotel standard was good but not great (no luxury hotel). Good breakfast and really nice that coffee was free of charge! Close to everything.

This hotel was a very positive surprise. Clean, good breakfast buffet, a garage for the rented car. A friendly staff. Easy to find. No noise in the night. The rooms are not very big, but big enough for one or twoe night.

We stayed in December during covid times. Everything felt safe and well managed. Check in was quick and efficient and we had a room overlooking the lovely old train station (but there is no noise). The location is a short walk to the Main Street. The 104 bus will take you directly too/from the airport but they don’t run often. You might need the number 4 bus to the Main Street and walk from there. It’s not difficult but if it is snowing heavily and you have lots of luggage you may prefer to be on the Main Street where the footpaths are heated. We loved the location. Wifi was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent with good cold and hot dishes- although after 5 days there was limited variety each day. The ginger shots were great! Our room was big enough, more dated than what appears in the photos but everything was clean, working and well looked after. The room was warm enough and quiet. Staff were helpful. The hamburger bar across the street serves excellent food at good prices. Try the reindeer or the local fried pallt. Highly recommended and very filling. The local buses were great and easy to buy tickets using the LLT app.
