Is there a luggage room at the hotel?
Absolutely. We can store your luggage for your both before and after your stay, at no extra charge.
Where can l park?
There are plenty of parking facilities near the hotel. The closest is Arenagaraget, located on Evenemangsgatan 32 (under Strawberry Arena). Maximum cost of 320 SEK per day. There is also outdoor parking available just outside the hotel, but make sure to check the signs to avoid a parking ticket!
Do you offer a laundry service?
We have a laundry room, but please note you'll have to wash, dry and iron any items of clothing yourself. There is an additional cost for using the laundromat.
Do you have free internet access?
Most definitely! It's free, fast and wireless - all over the hotel!
Do you accept cash payments?
