Can I park at the hotel?
Guests can park in the Parketten garage for 140 SEK/24h, and there are several spaces with charging stations for electric vehicles, but please note that additional fees apply. You'll also find another garage, as well as outdoor parking, situated near the hotel. The reception can provide more information about where these are located.
Can I pay with cash?
Comfort Hotel Umeå City is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer workplace for those who work at the hotel, as it reduces the risk of robbery and counteracts criminal activity. It also means we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests! For guests and visitors, it means greater safety, and faster and more secure payments. We accept all standard debit and credit cards. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Do you offer housekeeping services?
To save the planet (and your wallet), we only clean your room every fourth day during your stay. If you would prefer to have your room cleaned every day, simply a member of staff in the Barcecption by 10pm the night before.
Is there a luggage room?
We have a luggage room where you can put your bags if you need to before check-in or even after checkout.
Do you have accessible rooms?
We have five hotel rooms that have been fitted with accessible feature for guests with disabilities. Please contact us for more information.
What about WiFi?
There is free wireless internet access (WiFi) available in all the hotel rooms and public spaces. Simply connect to the network and you're good to go!
