What is Red Carpet?
Red Carpet is a membership benefit that is available to all our members. When you activate Red Carpet, you agree to receiving information and offers for exclusive events and concerts around the Nordics. You'll get discounted prices on experiences and early access to concerts and other exciting events, as well as the opportunity to book hotel stays as part of big events before everyone else.
How do I activate Red Carpet?
It’s easy! Just click the “Activate Red Carpet” button on the event page. In order to be able to activate it, you will need to be a member and you will need to be logged in to your account. Shortly thereafter you will receive an email with information about all the wonderful things that the Red Carpet benefit offers!
How can I get access to Red Carpet's exclusive Fast Track at the Strawberry Arena?
Skip the queues and avoid big crowds of people next time you go to a concert at the Strawberry Arena. Members of Strawberry who have activated Red Carpet can get access to Red Carpet's exclusive Fast Track located at the BX entrance.
Fast Track applies to many ticket types, regardless of where you bought them. Please note that the following tickets are not included:
- Standing: front standing & standing areas
- Stand 2: Sections 213-227 – Stand 3: Sections 301-340
Here's what you need to do:
- Join Strawberry and activate Red Carpet - both entirely free of charge!
- Download the Strawberry App, or update the app to get the latest version. View your profile in the app and click "Show Red Carpet".
So, next time you're off to a concert at the Strawberry Arena, keep your eyes peeled for the "Red Carpet"...which you'll find at the BX entrance!
How do I deactivate Red Carpet?
If you no longer want to be part of Red Carpet, please go to My Page and Settings. Here you will find the consents where you can deactivate Red Carpet.
You’ll find a link at the bottom of the email with information about Red Carpet. You can also choose to deactivate Red Carpet by clicking on "Manage your consents".
