When you reach a new, higher membership level in the Strawberry, your membership level will be matched with the corresponding level in the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards loyalty programme.
If you are already a member of the Hertz loyalty programme, please contact our Customer Service: +47 22 33 42 00 or booking@strawberry.no. To process your request, we will need your membership numbers of the Hertz loyalty programme and the Strawberry. It generally takes about 6 working days to process your status match request.

- Book your rental car via the Hertz website or by calling +46 771 211 212.
- Use the discount code (CDP number) 597100, 597101 or 597102. Please note that only bookings made with these codes enable you to earn Spenn.
- State your membership number when you pick up your car so that Hertz can register it.
- Any Spenn earned will be transferred from Hertz to Strawberry once a month.
