A fusion of Nordic & Japanese cuisine
At TAK Oslo, traditional Nordic recipes absorb thousands of years of Japanese culinary arts in a celebration of both cultures. The menu consists of tasty unique dishes prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients from sustainable local sources. The Swedish star chef Frida Ronge started her culinary journey as the daughter of a fishmonger and is now the Culinary Director behind Tak Oslo and the similarly named sister restaurant in central Stockholm, which opened five years earlier.

Often called the crown jewel of Sommerro, TAK Oslo offers unparalleled views across the city and the fjord from the rooftop position. The restaurant is located above Frogner at Solli plass, one Oslo's oldest and most affluent boroughs.
