Three Chinese Cuisines

Featuring a blend of Cantonese, Sichuan, and Zhejiang cuisine, the menu at Fei comprises of a selection of sharing dishes from three of China's eight major cuisines. The meal begins with a delectable spread of cold dishes, followed by soup, paving the way for the main highlight - the hot dishes. If you wish, you can order the "Fei Experience", a curated tasting menu, complete with a selection of tea, Shaoxing rice wine, and Baijiu – a shortcut straight into China's food and drink culture.
