Why AMA?
The origin of the name AMA can be traced back over 2,000 years, when women free-diving for oysters and pearls along the Japanese coastline were called “ama”, the Japanese word for "sea women”. The AMA Restaurant now pays tribute to the rich variety of Asian cuisine based on the foodie concept “Asian fusion with a Nordic touch”. Sit back, relax and enjoy!
