Japanese, Nordic & sustainable
TAK restaurant's Culinary Director, Frida Ronge, draws on her childhood experience as the daughter of a fishmonger in Gothenburg and her love for Japanese cuisine to create a unique Japanese-Nordic cooking style. A dining experience beyond the ordinary
At TAK, every detail is thoughtfully designed to create a remarkable dining experience, from the environment to the food and drink. Enjoy breathtaking views of Stockholm from the rooftop terrace and bar, where Nordic ingredients meet Japanese cooking techniques and flavours. TAK carefully selects each ingredient based on seasonality and quality. For private events, the restaurant's chambre séparée is available for booking, making it an ideal venue for birthdays or conferences.
Centrally located in Stockholm
