This is how it works

When you spend 1 qualifying night at one of our hotels, we’ll count it as 2 qualifying nights. (Qualifying nights can be accumulated for upgrades to the next level of membership.) If you’re starting from scratch – i.e. with 0 nights on your account – it works like this: Stay 3 nights with us and get upgraded to Silver-level membership. Stay 15 nights and become a Gold member. Stay 30 nights and become a Platinum member.

Find your next dream destination on our website – and your double qualifying nights will automatically be registered on your account after you check out. Book by 7 November 2024, and stay whenever you like between 11 November 2024 and 1 April 2025.

What is a qualifying night and how do I collect them?

Qualifying nights help you climb the membership level and enjoy more benefits. You collect qualifying nights by staying with us - through November 18, 2024, you'll only earn qualifying nights on bookings paid for with money (including gift cards).

From November 19, you get qualifying nights on all nights, regardless of whether you pay with money (including gift cards), take a bonus night or pay or partial pay with Spenn. Read more about the member benefits and the new member program here.

Are my qualifying nights affected by Spenn?

You will of course keep all your collected qualifying nights, and these will help you on your way to a higher membership level. The more nights you stay with us, the closer you are to the next level - see the overview on "My page" to see how many nights you need this membership period to reach the next level.
