The hotel's spa stretches over 2,000 square metres and features a large swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge pool, and a range of body and facial treatments. Guests can also look forward to the Circle of Senses, a journey for your senses to promote wellbeing and tranquility. Begin with a relaxing foot bath, before enjoying the Finnish sauna, hot and cold foot baths, and a session in the steam sauna. In the Caldariet, you'll be guided through a relaxation ritual by Trygve Skaug, developed in cooperation with our sauna specialists. End the day in the wonderful day beds or sit back and relish the scenic views from the spa lounge.

More adventures await on the jetty

On Son Spa's large jetty, just outside the hotel, there's an outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower. Of course, you can also take a refreshing dip in the Oslofjord right from the jetty. There's also an exclusive sauna raft and wood-fired hot tubs. Enjoy a spa experience in stunning surroundings with the sea right next door! You're also welcome to visit the fitness centre at Son Spa for a workout, if that's your thing.
