Parking
The Klostergarasjen and City Park car parks are not far from the hotel and offer paid parking. The parking costs NOK 200 per 24 hrs.
Luggage storage
The hotel offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Ask for the access code at reception or use your membership number.
Late check-out, early check-in and upgrades
If you would like a later check-out, earlier check-in or an upgrade to your room, this is possible subject to availability. Contact us for more information and booking, or pre-order via your booking confirmation if you booked the room on our website.
Accessibility
The hotel's main entrance has been adapted for wheelchairs and the lift goes from the lowest floor (where breakfast is served) to the top floor. We have four specially configured rooms for disabled guests. Contact us for more information or to book one of these rooms.

The Hotel No 13 is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests. For guests it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
