Clarion Hotel Helsinki is an award-winning international conference and business hotel. Our great location and our state or the art meeting and event rooms provide excellent settings for small gatherings or large seminars of up to 900 people.

Clarion Hotel Helsinki is located in the urban district of Jätkäsaari, right next to Helsinki's Western Harbor. The location is ideal, as the city center with its services is just a short distance from the hotel, but during your conference day, you can enjoy the maritime views and the atmosphere they bring.

Our event facilities are housed in a warehouse building designed by Lars Sonck, which is connected to the hotel towers. This 1930s building has been updated to modern standards while respecting its history, and its 13 meeting rooms of various sizes offer excellent settings for everything from small meetings to seminars of up to 900 people. The modern conference technology includes high-quality sound systems and various lighting options. In addition to the events centre, one of our meeting rooms is located at the top of the 16-storey hotel towers, offering stunning views of the Helsinki skyline. Our medium-sized rooms are located on the second floor of the Makasiini event venue, as well as one on the top floor of the hotel. These rooms are ideal for meetings and workshops, as well as drinks receptions and other events.

Capacity

Our Ulappa meeting room on the 16th floor of the hotel is ideal for both meetings and parties. The room has a boardroom table for 14 people and cocktail tables. Ulappa can accommodate up to 50 people for drinks receptions. 

Our other medium-sized meeting rooms are located on 2nd floor of Makasiini event venue. These rooms are suitable for all kinds of events including business meetings, workshops and other events.
