The hotel has 14 flexible meeting rooms which can be arranged according to conference needs. Norefjell Ski & Spa combines nature and meetings to offer guests a unique and unrivalled conference experience.
Bøseter Kongresshall and Norefjellsalen are the largest conference rooms, seating up to 650 guests in the former and up to 400 people in the latter. These large spaces are well-lit and can be modified from conference rooms to special event spaces.
Høgevarde, Solsetra and Noresetra are medium-sized conference rooms that can seat between 80 and 60 guests at a time in cinema-style seating. All rooms are equipped with a PC projector and have access to complimentary WiFi.
Nansens Kök, Gamlesetra, Leirsetra and Tempelseter are our four smaller conference spaces. The rooms can accommodate between 8 and 20 guests. These smaller, more intimate rooms can be used for presentations, meetings and interviews.
A breakfast buffet is served in the hotel's restaurant every morning and includes healthy and organic options. Conference attendees can enjoy other meals here too, and tasty snacks and hot drinks can be provided during conference breaks upon request.
