Quality Airport Hotel Gardermoen
The Quality Airport Hotel Gardermoen is a full-service conference hotel that enjoys wonderful natural surroundings just 8 minutes from Oslo Airport Gardermoen.
The hotel has been fully renovated and expanded by 7000 sqm. This includes modern conference facilities with a 500 sqm exhibition space and a 700 sqm congress hall with a ceiling height of 7 metres and space for up to 800 seated guests. The hotel has 455 lovely hotel rooms featuring Scandinavian décor to create an air of calm and relaxation. Our location is ideal for conferences, as we located just 45 km from the centre of Oslo and 8 minutes by shuttle bus from Oslo Airport Gardermoen. We are surrounded by forests, and there are some fabulous cycling and running trails to allow you to clear your head at the end of a long day! So, the Quality Airport Hotel Gardermoen offers much more than just proximity to the airport.
We are able to cater for all kinds of different events, with up to 800 participants in the largest room!
Idunn and Ullr are medium-sized conference rooms that are ideal for courses, interviews and workshops. The rooms are equipped with everything you might need for presentations, including a projector and screen, HDMI cables and wireless technology.
These rooms are also located on floor 1, near the lobby and bar, and within easy reach of the popcorn and soft scoop ice cream! The rooms have large windows and many of them offer stunning views of the forest.
We have 14 smaller meeting rooms including 2 stylish VIP rooms with smart solutions that ensure supremely efficient meetings! The other group rooms are ideal for meetings, workshops and interviews.
These meeting rooms are located on floor 1, within easy reach of break time goodies such as popcorn! Ideal when you need an energy boost! The bar and reception are also nearby. Some of the rooms have PC projectors.
At Quality Airport Hotel Gardermoen, we provide free tea, coffee, popcorn, fruit and ice cream for our guests. We offer a day package too which includes lunch, dinner and a three-course meal, and a full-board package which also includes breakfast.
