Spisestuen, our chic, conservatory-style restaurant offers an array of fine à la carte dishes in ornate surroundings – try the pepper-roasted deer with celeriac purée, chanterelles and lingonberry sauce. Or shoot the breeze with fellow conference guests over drinks at the stylish Lysthuset Bar. Our countryside location is ideal for exploring: why not borrow a bike (and helmet) from reception to get out and about? Or you can impress a golf-loving client with a round at the nearby Hauger course. We can create tailor-made activities for your conference guests, from a quiz to a treasure hunt or a wine-tasting. And remember, the sights of Norway's capital are just a 20-minute drive away.
With a huge exhibition hall and 20 meeting rooms, plenty of natural light and all the audio-visual technology you need, we're ideally placed for conferences and events. Our expert advisers are on hand to make sure everything goes smoothly on the day.
From training seminars to trade fairs, our largest venues can handle it with ease. Olavsalen and Auditoriet hold 200 and 220 people respectively, and come complete with DVD systems, audio equipment and hearing loops so no one misses a word.
Hold your breakout sessions, workshops and presentations in our range of six medium-sized venues. As with all our rooms, a projector, flip charts and whiteboards help you share ideas effectively.
Our five smaller business venues are perfect for interviews, board meetings or brainstorming sessions. Flexible seating can be switched from classroom, horseshoe or theatre-style arrangements to suit.
Energy levels will stay high all day, thanks to our fun buffet of snacks, featuring tea, coffee, fruit, biscuits, popcorn and ice cream (with toppings). We'll even craft a special four-course conference dinner if you stay with us.
