The hotel's 'Living Room' is also a lovely place to rest after a busy working day. A great place to socialise, here guests can simply enjoy the space and get to know one another. Several events are put on here by the hotel from wine tasting and quizzes. The hotel's central location means guests can step outside and be within walking distance of some of the city's main attractions, including the Stavanger Cathedral, Rogaland Teater and Watchmen's Museum in the Valberg tower – all great options for your free time on your business visit.
Offering 10 flexible meeting rooms and spaces, the conference area of the Clarion Hotel Stavanger provides guests with a fantastic space to host events, meetings and conferences. Each room is fully equipped with modern conference technology.
Stavanger Hall is the largest conference space in the hotel, accommodating up to 720 guests. This space is for large conferences, conventions, kick-off meetings, trade fairs and other functions, and can be divided up into smaller spaces if required.
Inspirasjon and Aroma are medium-sized meeting rooms seating 60 and 50 guests respectively. Inspirasjon has large glass windows letting in beams of natural light, great for workshops and meetings. Both rooms have writing pens and paper provided.
The hotel ensures guests stay energised and on the ball through the conference with hot drinks and snacks, including healthy and organic options. There is a choice of three different meal plans, ranging from Basic, Some Extra and Let’s Go Crazy!
