Quality Airport Hotel Værnes
Just a short drive from the Værnes Airport, our friendly hotel is especially designed with business travellers in mind. The hotel has 16 meeting rooms that can be used for events and conferences and other business events.
We hope to welcome you to our full-service conference hotel featuring 16 modern, flexible and comfortable meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 500 people. Our chefs can prepare a delicious lunch and dinner for you, as well as tasty snacks between during meeting breaks. Guests are also welcome to help themselves to popcorn and soft-scoop ice cream throughout the day. If you require technical assistance or would you like to arrange some teambuilding activities, our experienced conference staff will be there to assist you!
The hotel is conveniently located in central Stjørdal within easy reach of local cultural attractions. If you'd like to do some shopping during a conference break or go to the theatre in the evening, you'll be just a short walk away.
The hotel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The stylish lobby bar is a great place to come for a drink before dinner or after a long day of meetings!

We have 16 modern, flexible, creative and comfortable meeting rooms for between 2 and 500 people. It is very important to us that your event will be a success and therefore offer a varied food menu, as well as modern technological equipment.
The hotel has two large conference halls - Hangar and Terminal - each with a capacity for up to 250 participants with theatre seating. Both venues can be divided into three smaller spaces if required.
Both conference halls feature high ceilings, natural light, integrated telecoils, AV technology, noise reduction and CO2-controlled ventilation systems.

Hangar II includes two meetings rooms with space for up to 140 people with classroom seating: Oslo and Stockholm
Hangar III includes two meetings rooms with space for up to 150 people with classroom seating: Stockholm and Copenhagen
Terminal II includes two meetings rooms with space for up to 150 people with classroom seating: Paris and London
Terminal III includes two meetings rooms with space for up to 140 people with classroom seating: London and New York
Hangar and Terminal can be set up in several different ways including medium-sized meeting rooms for up to 50-70 people with theatre seating.
Hangar can be divided into three medium-sized meeting rooms called Oslo, Stockholm and Copenhagen, Similarly, Terminal and be divided into Paris, London and New York.
Madrid, Berlin and Roma are three smaller meeting rooms that are ideal for board meetings and workshops for between 8-20 people.
All rooms have a large screen that allow for a computer to be connected.
You will certainly not go hungry here at the hotel as we offer unlimited popcorn and ice cream to our conference guests. We also serve food during break times and fruit throughout the day.
