Since we first opened in 2014, our business facilities, Living Room bar and well-equipped gym have made us an important meeting spot for locals and guests alike. We are the city’s largest conference centre, with 16 meeting rooms capable of accommodating up to 1,000 participants, along with free WiFi throughout. Located just 9 minutes’ drive from Tromsø Airport, Langnes by taxi, we offer a well-connected and lively hub from which to explore this historical island setting.Clarion Hotel The Edge doesn’t only offer a setting for business. In Tromsø we are as famous for the awe-inspiring Northern Lights that sometimes glitter in the sky as we are for our brightly coloured, centuries-old wooden houses. As Tromsø’s largest conference hotel, we know how to impress visitors. Our 11 modern and flexible meeting rooms can accommodate up to 1,000 people, and we are happy to arrange them in order to suit your requirements.
Our 3 large conference rooms each seat between 230 and 250 people, ideal for bigger gatherings. Our rooms are all equipped with the latest audio, lighting and video technology, along with stationery, projectors and free WiFi.
Our “Arbeidskontoret” meeting room is a flexible venue for dinners, emetings and events for up to 200 people. With floor-to-ceiling windows you’ll also be able to enjoy stunning views of the city and the Tromsøsundet strait.
There's so much to explore in the the Tromsdalen neighbourhood and the new harbour terminal. And our "Arbeidskontoret" venue provides the perfect venue for meetings and events here! The movable walls provide the flexibility to easily divide the space into two separate areas, and the lobby area can be transformed into a convenient mingling area. All our meetings rooms are equipped with a projector, stationary and free WiFi.
Skybar
Our Skybar is located on floor 11 of the hotel, providing a wonderful setting for drinks receptions, celebrations and other get-togethers with stunning city views as a backdrop. The bar also has a wonderful outdoor terrace that can be enjoyed when the sun is out! The venue can accommodate up to 110 standing or 70 seated guests.
Our three charming meeting rooms Melkerampa, Fergeleie and Smia are ideal for board meetings and creative workshops. This is the place to come when you need to get things done! All rooms are equipped with stationery, a TV or projector and free WiFi.
