Start the day the right way with a buffet breakfast featuring plenty of healthy and organic options, as well as complimentary newspapers in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant is open all day if you make a reservation, so you can take a break from the conference programme for lunch or network over dinner. For something more relaxed and informal, drop in to our first floor lounge and bar – the perfect place to catch up with colleagues over a few drinks. The best way to explore Trondheim is by bike – come to the reception and we'll provide you with a bike and a map! We have 14 conference rooms for up to 400 participants. Please contact a member of staff in the conference centre and they will help you choose the right venue for your event.
Gullfaks and Vallhall, our two largest conference venues, can accommodate up to 140 and 120 participants respectively. These rooms can easily be arranged for group sessions and feature a good range of technical equipment.
We've got more than half a dozen small meeting rooms that are ideal for interviews, along with our compact conference rooms Midtgaard A and Åsgaard, each with a capacity of 20. Projectors, speakers, whiteboards and stationery come as standard.
With space for 30 to 50 guests and flexible seating, Odin, Frigg and Midtgaard are ideal for seminars, workshops and presentations. We'll make your slide deck look great on our projectors and we've got tech support to help you get set up.
For lunch and dinner, our chefs can create a bespoke conference menu from seasonal produce. And we'll keep your guests energised and happy throughout the day with our tea, coffee, fruit, popcorn and ice cream.
