Restaurant Mälaren serves lunches, dinners and an award-winning breakfast buffet, complete with fresh bread from our bakery. Restaurant Lilla Mälarviken is a venue with a country house feel that serves up our indulgent chocolate-themed afternoon tea. For light bites and snacks, just pop into the bakery – you can see us at work on the next batch of bread.
For conference networking or brainstorming late into the night, head out onto our terrace for inspirational views over the water, drinks and food. You can also get a cocktail, wine or beer with colleagues at our playful confectionery-themed Chocolate Bar. There's even a nightclub on site for when you really want to let your hair down. You might have noticed chocolate is a bit of a theme here. We think some indulgence after all your hard work is important. So why not offer conference guests some fun at our chocolate school, where they can learn to make pralines and truffles? If you prefer some more active team-building exercises, we can organise everything from cycling to boating on Lake Mälaren or clay-pigeon shooting. We even have a football pitch and golf driving range on site.
The hotel was designed for conferences and it shows: our flexible meeting spaces can handle events with a guest list of two or 500. Whether you're hosting a small workshop or a major conference, our expert staff will help you plan every detail.
For larger presentations and keynote speeches, we have the Stockholm Room and our Event Court. The former boasts a large stage and space for 220 guests. The latter has a capacity of 300 and can adapt from classic conference hall to exhibition space.
We've got 38 smaller rooms that are ideal for group work and 15 other meeting rooms of various sizes, so there's bound to be one that's a perfect fit. All our venues come with conference essentials like flipcharts, stationery and free WiFi.
Our staff will help you plan the perfect conference menu, with buffet breakfasts, lunch buffets, evening meals and snacks. Guests can pop into the Bakery for tea, coffee, fruit and home-made biscuits whenever they feel peckish.
