Much like the kitchen is the heart of a house, the restaurant at Clarion Collection Hotel Bolinder Munktell is the heart of our hotel. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast here with plenty of healthy and organic options. Throughout the day, complimentary afternoon sweets and hot drinks including tea and coffee are always on hand to keep you fuelled and focused on your business visit. An evening meal featuring hot food, soups and salads is also served in the hotel's restaurant and is included in the price.
During a conference stay at the hotel, guests can also make the most of the gym and relax area. The gym is equipped with free-weights and treadmills for those looking to burn off some steam before beginning a day of meetings. Guests looking to unwind after a long day can choose to relax in the hotel's sauna.
The hotel has a total of eight meeting spaces and rooms that can be used for conferences. Each room is equipped with a PC projector, quality sound system and whiteboard. Every room also has access to the hotel's complimentary WiFi.
Munktellsalen is the largest of the eight rooms, accommodating up to 225 guests in cinema-style seating. This large space can be used for presentations, workshops and networking events. The room's natural lighting can be blacked out if need be.
Ångvälten and Tändkulan can be used as two separate rooms or as one large room which can accommodate up to 90 guests. This flexible space can be used for workshops and presentations and of course large-scale meetings.
There are four smaller meeting rooms which can seat up to 12 guests. These more intimate spaces can be used for boardroom-style meetings, small group workshops and interviews. Each room has pens and paper and access to WiFi.
Breakfast, afternoon sweets and an evening meal are all provided during a conference. Hot drinks and snacks, including healthy and organic options can be arranged for during the day, ensuring guests stay energised during meetings and workshops.
