Welcome to Clarion Collection Hotel Mektagonen! Our conference is situated just a few minutes’ walk from Korsvägen, featuring a range of meeting rooms for all kinds of events from intimate discussions to large corporate get-togethers.
We have six meeting rooms conveniently located right next to the reception, meaning we'll easily be able to assist you with anything you need during your event! We take care of everything from coffee breaks to tasty lunches in our restaurant! You can also book overnight stays as part of your conference. In addition to comfortable accommodation, guests will be able to enjoy an evening meal, buffet breakfast and afternoon "fika" – you'll be well taken care of at the hotel in other words!

Our largest meeting room can accommodate up to 60 people with theatre seating.
This flexible meeting room can be furnished to meet your needs with classic classrom seating layout or islands, for example. The room can accommodate up to 24 people.
Our five smaller meeting rooms all feature boardroom seating with a capacity for up to 14 people.
We can provide coffee breaks (“fika”), as well as lunch, dinner and beverages as part of your event in our charming restaurant that oozes “hygge”. We’re also happy to arrange meals at the city’s excellent restaurants.
