Clarion Collection Hotel Slottsparken is centrally located in a peaceful setting on Storgatan, next door to Domkyrkan (the cathedral) and 1.2 kilometres from Linkoping Central Station.
If you are combining your conference with a concert or similar experience, the hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Linköping Congress and Concert Hall. The Clarion Collection Hotel Slottsparken has an optimal location in the city centre, which we really can’t mention too much. Why not take a round of the shops in town between the day's conference and dinner in the evening?
Here you will find 146 modern hotel rooms, free wifi, a roof terrace with Jacuzzi, cold pool and sauna, gym, restaurant and bar. Here at our hotel you will be staying in newly renovated rooms that have everything the business traveller could wish for: coffee making facilities, iron & ironing board, safety box, and free wifi.
At Clarion Collection Hotel Slottsparken we have four conference rooms of different sizes. We can help you tailor your conference and can offer different levels of our day packages. All our conference rooms are air-conditioned.
After the conference you can relax in our relaxation area and enjoy the view of the castle park. If you want to finish the day with a communal dinner in our restaurant, we offer dinner packages with accompanying drinks.
Our premises are good for medium-sized conferences, smallish board meetings and small private meetings. We offer 4 rooms of different sizes, all flexible and customisable depending on those attending.
The hotel's largest meeting room is called Stora Salen and accommodates 80 people in a cinema style layout.
Here you will find all the necessary equipment for your conference, such as a projector, big screen / backdrop, whiteboard, microphone and of course free wifi.
Our medium-sized conference room is called Lilla Salen, which amusingly enough means “the little room”. 43 sq. m. large, it accommodates 30 people in a cinema style layout.
It is equipped with a projector, whiteboard and everything else you need for a successful meeting.
We have two smaller meeting rooms, perfect for small and more intimate meetings. Styrelserummet seats 10 people in a boardroom style layout and Kreativa Rummet seats 6 people in comfortable armchairs.
All our guests can enjoy free tea, coffee, afternoon coffee and an evening meal while staying with us. We also offer additional refreshments for your conference upon request.
