We offer 12 conference rooms of varying sizes so whatever the size of your event, we’ve got a space to accommodate you. Our super-friendly, professional Quality Meeting Advisers can help to arrange your event to ensure it’s one to remember.
Our largest room is bright and airy with space for up to 130 participants, making it ideal for big conferences. In addition to standard equipment, this room also has microphones and headsets to ensure that everyone can experience great sound quality.
Our large conference rooms can accommodate 80-140 people and are situated on the ground floor. Equipped with projector screen, whiteboard, notepads, pens and free WiFi, these state-of-the-art rooms are perfect for seminars and conferences.
Our medium-sized meeting rooms, including Lagerhuset and Skogsdungen, can accommodate up to 30 people. Equipment can be provided as required – just speak to your meeting adviser!
We also have three smaller meeting rooms, Fontänen, Trädgården and Rosariet, with a capacity for up to 20 people. These rooms are ideal for informal meetings and small group sessions. Equipment can be arranged as per request.
Our small meeting rooms with a capacity for up to 15 people are ideal for interviews and workshops. All our conference rooms are equipped with a projector, whiteboard and office suppliers to make sure that none of your ideas are lost!
All conference guests at Quality Hotel Ekoxen have access to complimentary fair trade tea and coffee, fruit, popcorn and ice cream. We can also arrange lunch and dinner for conference guests in our dining room, to keep everyone fuelled for success.
