Our six conference rooms can accommodate up to 130 participants, with free WiFi available throughout the hotel.We know that leisure is just as important as work. Our lobby bar is the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail, beer or glass of wine in a relaxed environment. In fact, the bar is a popular hangout among both hotel guests and locals! Here at Clarion Hotel Örebro, we do our best to help you create a conference to remember. Our bright and inviting meeting rooms can accommodate groups from 2 to 70 people, with all the facilities needed to inspire bright ideas.
Our largest meeting room is Foren, which seats a maximum of 70 guests. This space is well-suited for larger events, presentations and networking affairs. We are happy to arrange the table layout to best suit your needs.
Our mid-size room, Aktern, accommodates a maximum of 30 people. Like all of our rooms, it's fully equipped with a projector, whiteboard, flipchart, stationery and free WiFi. Sound, lighting and other technical equipment can also be made available.
Our smaller rooms provide the ideal setting for intimate meetings and close-knit team discussions where creative ideas can flow. Ankaret seats 12, while Styrbord, Babord and Bojen each seat between four and seven participants per room.
Food is an important part of the conference experience, so we offer menus brimming with healthy, organic and meticulously-prepared dishes for you and your team to enjoy. Alternatively, pre-book a private shared dinner for your group.
