We have created Norrland's largest meeting venue with the Frösö Park Arena. The main exhibition hall is conveniently located just over the road and provides conference facilities for up to 3,500 guests (or 1,600 dinner guests). Free WiFi is available.

Our exhibition hall, Frösö Park Arena, covers a massive 4,000 sqm. The moveable walls mean that it can be turned into space for up to 3,500 guests. The 8 metre-high ceiling and the flexible walls open up for many different solutions on one floor.
The hotel offers several large meeting rooms with space for up to 300 people. All the rooms feature modern décor and are equipped with projectors, ceiling speakers, WiFI and comfortable chairs.
We have several concept rooms that feature everything you need for a unique and successful conference experience. Our fully-equipped "Kitchen", for example, is the ideal venue for a private dinner prepared by one of our chefs.
Those planning small to medium-sized meetings can select from a range of more cosy rooms. Bynäset can be furnished with bean bags to create a relaxed atmosphere for smaller groups and informal discussions.
Our hard-working kitchen serves up delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, along with a tasty brunch during weekends. The restaurant has a French brasserie feel, with an open kitchen that allows you to watch the chefs as they work their magic.
