Now what would a conference or event be without a delicious "fika"? "Fika" is the Swedish word for a coffee break with something sweet or savoury to nibble on! At Clarion Hotel Sundsvall, we understand the importance of those valuable breaks, and therefore like to offer our guests something more. Our basic package is called "Some Extra".
Morning fika break: In addition to a nice cup of coffee or tea, you'll also be able to enjoy a variety of sandwiches with various toppings, smoothies and juice shots, plus some tasty pastries.
Afternoon fika break: By the afternoon, most people are generally in need of a bit of a boost! And that's when we like to offer our guests some tasty sweet treats. The buffet includes delicious cakes and pastries, as well as plenty of fruit.
All the food we offer is prepared here at the hotel, and we are more than happy to provide vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free alternatives.
Let's Go Crazy: Would you like to give your conference guests a truly memorable experience? Then go ahead and choose the "Let's Go Crazy" package. You'll get everything included in the "Some Extra" package, but with greater quantities and more variety. We'll also give our chefs free reign to add a few suprises throughout the day! Be prepared – anything can happen! One thing is certain though and that is that it'll be a memory to treasure!

We have conference facilities for all kinds of events, both large and small. Our bright and flexible spaces feature muted design and colours for maximum creativity.
Planning a gala dinner, seminar, exhibition or company get-together? Then go ahead and book our banquet hall, a flexible space that can be adapted to suit your needs. The reception area just outside can be divided into three spaces if required.
Our large conference rooms (65m²) feature modern design and high ceilings, as well as good lighting and accoustics to ensure that you're event goes smoothly!
We can help you arrange whatever technical equipment you require. You can also order a variety of delicious food and drink to ensure everyone is brimming with energy all throughout your event!
Our medium-sized medium rooms (34-40sqm) offer flexible seating for different kind of events. With a great many options for furnishing and technology at your disposal, your own creativity is the only limit for what can be achieved in these spaces!
Among our wide selection of conference spaces, we have a few smaller rooms (19-25m²) that are ideal for board meetings, interviews and creative brainstorming sessions, as well as breakout rooms for conferences.
Even though the rooms are not large, they still feel spacious as they are nice and bright with wonderful high ceilings.

Morning break: For a nice morning snack, guests can enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee along with a variety of sandwiches, smoothies, healthy juice shots and two or three different kinds of pastries!
Afternoon break: When energy levels start lagging in the afternoon, we serve up a great range of sweet treats including pastries and other sweet treats, as well as plenty of fresh fruit.
