Really good hotel. Walking distance from everything and if you don’t want to walk there is a train not even a 5 minute walk away. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all & staff were really lovely! I would definitely return. Such a beautiful place to visit

I will choose another hotel next time - I think There are check-in from 3pm - i arrivede 14:35 - and had a check in - fine and quickly - but the receptionist mentioned that it will cost kr.100 for an early check-in - before 3pm - but not for me. Glad of course - but why mention it - so I could be gratefull ? I stay here for 3 nights - there is only cleaning every 4th night. Can get some extra towels in the reception if needed. Ther is no free coffee - you can make a membership at Strawberry - and then get at free cup of coffee - I did that - but the coffetank was empty both the times I tryed - so I gave it up. There is no coffeemaker in the room - but the room is all fine besides from the missing coffeemaker. You have to make an appointmenttime for breakfast. There is at lot of hotels in this area in copenhagen - same price but with better service I think

We stayed one night. The location is very good, just a short walk from the Central Train Station with excellent train and metro connections to the capital area. Our superior room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was comfy and our room was equipped with a nice sofa and a safe. We missed a coffee maker and a working desk. The included buffet breakfast was okay although especially the hot items were a disappointment. The bacon was definitely overcooked and burnt and the scrambled eggs not well prepared. The cold items fared better although we missed some Danish pastry. Only plain and rather dull croissants were offered, whereas the coffee was of very good quality. We like to have our breakfast in a nice environment, but unfortunately some unpleasantly loud hip-hop music made our morning less glorious than usual. Also we noted that two containers with hand sanitizer at the buffet were empty so we had to go to the barception to cleanse our hands.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel and it was simply perfect. Check in was simple and the staff that we had encountered during our stay were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious and had many options. The only downside being it felt a little cramped. The hotel does operate a time slot for breakfast but this was either being ignored by other guests or simply certain times were being over booked. 9.15 to 10am was so chaotic that I didn't even bother for my last day. The room was simple but offered everything you needed as a base. It was clean, offered a decent shower and a very comfy bed. one very minor complaint was the lack of TV channels on offer. Not a huge issue but after a day full of exploring when you wanted to put your feet up for an hour or so before bed you didn't have much choice. 7 channels in total. In other hotels I have stayed, you had many channels on offer with most languages catered for. The hotel is in a great location for everything! Your within 5/10 minute walk from the Station so getting the Metro/Train around the city was super convenient and your also only 5/10 minute walk from the incredible Tivoli Gardens. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hotel which is located very nicely and makes getting around the city easy! Thank you for making our visit one to remember! This hotel was well priced, in a decent location for the main parts of Copenhagen only a five min walk from train station and metro, as a marker it’s about 25 mins stroll from gammelstrand, you can walk to a lot of attractions from this hotel. We had a small double which was clean with a comfy bed room 214. The room was hot but we turned off the radiator and opened the window and was soon sorted. Small but all we needed for 3 nights, the shower was again small but good powerful shower no hot water issues and again clean. Hotel breakfast was a pleasant surprise very large choice considering price included with the room we were all full and happy. Good value is how I’d rate this hotel.
