Comfort Hotel® Vesterbro

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel and it was simply perfect. Check in was simple and the staff that we had encountered during our stay were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious and had many options. The only downside being it felt a little cramped. The hotel does operate a time slot for breakfast but this was either being ignored by other guests or simply certain times were being over booked. 9.15 to 10am was so chaotic that I didn't even bother for my last day. The room was simple but offered everything you needed as a base. It was clean, offered a decent shower and a very comfy bed. one very minor complaint was the lack of TV channels on offer. Not a huge issue but after a day full of exploring when you wanted to put your feet up for an hour or so before bed you didn't have much choice. 7 channels in total. In other hotels I have stayed, you had many channels on offer with most languages catered for. The hotel is in a great location for everything! Your within 5/10 minute walk from the Station so getting the Metro/Train around the city was super convenient and your also only 5/10 minute walk from the incredible Tivoli Gardens. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hotel which is located very nicely and makes getting around the city easy! Thank you for making our visit one to remember! We will be back!

This hotel was well priced, in a decent location for the main parts of Copenhagen only a five min walk from train station and metro, as a marker it’s about 25 mins stroll from gammelstrand, you can walk to a lot of attractions from this hotel. We had a small double which was clean with a comfy bed room 214. The room was hot but we turned off the radiator and opened the window and was soon sorted. Small but all we needed for 3 nights, the shower was again small but good powerful shower no hot water issues and again clean. Hotel breakfast was a pleasant surprise very large choice considering price included with the room we were all full and happy. Good value is how I’d rate this hotel.

Very good hotel. Clean and simple with modern interior. Good gym. Great location, close to all major attractions. Staff really nice. Breakfast was simple but really tasty. I really liked the self check in as well. The only issue- it was hard to get someone to clean the room ;) but otherwise- really good stay.

We stayed three nights at this hotel. It was about a 10 minute or so walk from the train station. A little bit long on the cobblestones with luggage. One of our party has issues walking, so it was a little more difficult for her. Keep that in mind if you are in a similar situation. Taxis and buses are available in the area. The hotel was more basic, but anything we needed (extra towels, pillows etc.) was available from the front desk, just by asking. Our room was clean, and reasonably roomy for Scandinavia. We had a view out onto the street, with windows that open for some fresh air. Our only “complaint” was that the tub in the bathroom had really high sides and a narrower bottom, making it a little tricky to use the shower. Someone with mobility issues would find it harder to climb into the tub, and you have to be careful turning around because of the narrow bottom. The breakfast was very good and had many choices. We had a couple of glasses of wine in the lobby in the evenings - it was a great spot for people watching outside. Lots of shopping and dining in the area. Close to Tivoli (we were not able to go there, as it was closed because they were setting up for Halloween).

Overall a great place to stay. The location is brilliant, 5-10 minutes walk from the train station ( 3 stops from the airport and easy to use). There is a Lidl next door to buy drinks and snacks. Few places to eat close by, with good choices. Easy walk to Tivoli and the main shopping street. Check in was good, room was not ready but we were offered an early check in for 100DKK, we decided not to and left our luggage in a storage room. On return the room was ready and check in was quick - there is also self check in offered. The room was a decent size, plenty of hangers and hanging space, twin beds and a comfortable chair. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The bathroom was clean, the only negative thing was the shower. The shower was one of the worse I have had. Very little water pressure, it took ages to rinse my hair, the water was only just warm enough. Breakfast was great, plenty of space when we ate at 8am, hot and cold food available, good coffee and juices. Disappointed that there were no Danish pastries offered. Snack foods and drinks are available to buy from reception throughout the day. There is a gym and laundry room. Overall, the hotel was good value, clean, in an excellent location, just the shower that I didn't like. Great for a city break
