Clarion Hotel® Helsinki

These scums said that refund is not an option, but they also said that they can always make exception for certain situations. I booked a reservation through this app, paid 400 eurs and no reservations were found at the receptionist, but no refund was given. Poor system, unprofessional staffs and receptionist and immoral mf.

Nice sauna And room. Also the restoutant was very chill. Keep in touch with Jingle if you can! She is the best! Nice sea view. Hotel is is beautiful and the the take the take off offers if you can!!!!!!! This hotel is a bit far away from city but very near

Very nice hotel, with a great room and a very good restaurant with excellent service. Very helpful staff at the reception desk! Great view from the skybar at the 16th floor. The tram stops right outside the entrance to the hotel and it only takes about 6 minutes to the city center.

If there would have been Minus star … I would have given them … The staff acts smart and gives us the smallest room in the standard room considering us to be foolish enough to not understand the layout .. With tourists one should be considerate enough … Please make sure you don’t fool guests or else change the category name for smaller standard rooms and charge accordingly

So normally i don't bother to write negative reviews as this is just a waste of time ... however this place is a great example of what is wrong with chain outlets lacking any kind of leadership and care for the people they should be caring of .. (reads guests ..) Starting from the top - 3 days incl. breakfast 830.- - for a room 3.5 * 2.5 - (yes i did the meassure...) - which barely meets the standard requirement of space for prisoners - Oh did i forget to mention that the room is supposed to be for 2 people .... On arrival i realized that AC (its november so it should be getting the small room warm..) did not work. I went down to "robot reception" - they would look into it ... - well not they did ... day 1 nothing had changed so same procedure with same result ... gave up and decided to take this as a endurance test in case of blackout back at home .. Breaktfast standard grub - nothing to write home about at all - it`s the simple things like .. one coffee machine for hudreds of guests all having BF at the same time to go to event ... so immagine the que ... - Soft boiled eggs hard as rocks - no fresh OJ ... - i could go on .. . And yes it has got a skybar with great views - true that - but again - crew up there couldn`t care less - it`s been a very long time since someone told me on - "What wines do you have by the glass ? " - We have white and red ....." - Seriously guys ? ... Oh .. yes there is a drinks menu somewhere ... Anyways for me a great example of how not to run a place like this ... seems like they get away with it (at least on big events such as Slush..) - but i will rather let me lock up for speeding for a night - because that would be free of charge then ... As a small positive element - housekeeping doing a great job (but they seem to be contractors..) PS: As a final laugh - as i am writing thie Breakfast time tells me that they are about to close Buffet at 9:30 ...
