Hotel F6

Mirja was an absolute pleasure at the front desk. She even changed rooms because it was Christmas and I wanted to see the Christmas tree, (what a pain I am) even though our first room looked over the court yard and was absolutely lovely. It was comfortable, had a kettle and a refrigeration both kinds of showers with plenty of hot water, a FABULOUS breakfast with everything you could dream of. As everyone else mentioned in their reviews its location is perfect with the sites and wonderful markets all within walking distance. We even found one 1 minute away with organic food. The staff (also mentioned in the reviews ) is indeed more friendly than everyone in the whole city combined. Definitely don’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend. :)

Wonderful hotel in a great location. This was our first visit to Helsinki and we could not have been happier with Hotel F6. All the staff we interacted with were highly professional, breakfast was great, the deluxe room was large and comfortable and the bar attached to the hotel was a great space to wind down in the evening. We had two seperate stays as we went to Tallin for a few days and the hotel kept our suitcases. When we returned, our bags had already been taken to our new room. The staff gave really good recommendations for eating out and they couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. We loved the heated bathroom floor in our room as well as the lighting around the shower. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large. The hotel is in a very central location, only a few minutes walk to the shopping area as well as the Christmas markets. Hotel F6 is an excellent option when visiting Helsinki.

Perfect stay in Helsinki, good sized room, comfortable bed, lift, nice selection at breakfast and very helpful staff. Location is great too, lots of good places to eat nearby and the senate square and market on the waterfront are an easy walk. Train station is not too far, downhill mostly on the way to the hotel. Not noisy, good block out curtains.

This is our 3rd time at this wonderful hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and really lovely people. The rooms are large and extremely clean. The breakfast is superb. We left luggage for a couple of weeks and when we returned, our luggage had been taken to our room for us. Cannot fault this place at all. Highly recommend F6.
