Hotel Haven

For someone who appreciates a good night's sleep, the room had a comfortable bed and was wonderfully quiet with no noise coming from other rooms or outside. We had a great breakfast before checking out after one night's stay. The hotel kindly kept our luggage whilst we explored the city. Highly recommend the hotel and will return in the future.

I usually dont write reviews but had to for this one. Had one of the best stays for our finland trip at this gorgeous hotel. Right from the check in, to the friendly staff, we had an amazing staff. The rooms are well maintained, views are very good and the cherry on the top is the amazing breakfast and such a pretty set up. The bar was so cozy and the bartender is so friendly, all the hotel staff are. The location is perfect with everything at a walking distance. My review would not be complete without mentioning the sweetest staff members - Lida and Aino who helped me recover a lost phone in a cab and were so kind to coordinate with me to ship it back to India !

A truly delightful hotel in the centre of Helsinki, which has become almost our second home when visiting Helsinki. Attentive service at reception, silent rooms, atmospheric lounge bar, excellent hotel breakfast. It's hard to find any shortcomings. Keep up the good work.

Great hotel so close to everything in downtown Helsinki. We were able to walk easily to restaurants, coffee shops and the beautiful architecture of the area. The customer service at the hotel was amazing. I want to thank Alina at the front desk for her hospitality and her taking care of us as we dealt with cancelled flights. Highly recommend!
