Hotel Oleana

Really liked this hotel. Staff (like most people I met in Norway) were unfailingly courteous & friendly. We had 2 rooms ( a trip split by a boat trip) and had a good room and a not so good room. The second was "bijou' to say the least but clean and adequate. What really impressed here was the breakfast. Innovative in it's diversity of provision and high quality in everything offered. Go for the bed....stay for the breakfast.

Hotel Oleana is a very nice hotel. central located. Breakfast is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean as well as the entire hotel. A special thanks because they have accepted my dogs

Stayed at the Hotel Oleana for 2 nights, fabulously quirky hotel , great staff ,especially Thomas on the front desk, very helpful. Room was a great size,loved the painted themes throughout the hotel.Fantastic breakfasts.Overall I would stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel has a great location. The hotel staff is very kind, helpful, and friendly. My room was facing a patio, so it was quiet. There was a mini bar and electric kettle for my use in the room. Unfortunately, the lightening in the room is very poor. It’s too dark and it makes impossible to work on your lap top. Beds are too soft and too small. The shower door was leaking and water was spilling onto the bathroom floor. You can’t open windows. On weekends breakfast is served later, 7:30 AM. It’s a little bit late, if you want to go for a hike. When I was there, on Sunday the breakfast staff showed up late and everything was ready only around 8:15 AM. Breakfast was OK. Fruits were not ripped. It would be nice, if you could order your eggs.

Nice Hotel and great location. A litte bit noise from the street (people) late night, but this was due to bars/restaurants near by. Great location for a stay in Bergen. Highly recommended
