Great staff, nice family room option, very good breakfast, and an awesome pool and sauna on the roof!

Best hotel ever - commanding position elevated between mountain and sea - walks on doorstep … views from everywhere. Clean , fresh, light and welcoming. Staff lovely , meals exceptional- facilities as advertised. Can remember Wilson and Carlos who made us feel special- but so did they all

First assigned a room that hadn’t been cleaned, then moved to a room that wasn’t heated. Here, you have to find the buttons on the heater yourself if you don’t want to sit inside wearing your winter jacket! I thought this wouldn’t be a problem since the booking site was overflowing with superlatives about the luxurious outdoor pool / spa area. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, but no information about this was given—neither in the booking, at the reception, nor at the bar where I asked the staff about the facility. (It had to be booked in advance, which I did—there was still no information about a closed pool.) I recommend visiting the bar/restaurant with a view—that was perhaps the best part of the entire stay. Fortunately, you don’t need to stay at the hotel to use this service. That’s probably the only thing at this hotel I would consider experiencing again.

Stayed here for 3 nights and do not regret having booked the Junior Suite, since it is on the 6th floor and has the most amazing view of the city through it's hudge panoramic windows, absolutely enjoyed it. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is sparkingly clean. The breakfast has to be mentioned as well, having a really large choice of delicious things to start the day. The lobby with bar and cafe as well as the restaurant are very cosy and beautifully furnished, just for my liking the restaurant is too dark to really enjoy the meal, since I like to see what I eat, some table lamps would have solved this issue. As for the rooftop pool, which overall is a great expierence when it is minus 6 outside, the water could be a bit hotter and the access to the pool not that snowy and slippery. Some touch to this area would be great, othervise it looked a bit abandoned. Nevertheless we had a great time and enjoyed our stay a lot.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we were treated superbly. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant and its staff are super friendly and Fabio Pinheiro was yet again a highlight during our stay. Service-minded and was constantly walking around to all the guests in the restaurant ensuring that all were satisfied. Front desk ensured our check-in, and out went smooth. Excellent breakfast as always. 10/10
