Parking
The Lykkeberg parking garage is situated below the hotel and guests enjoy easy access to the hotel via a lift that goes straight up into the lobby. The garage is owned by Ryen AS Eiendom and is operated by Europark. It costs 180 NOK/24h to park here. Please note that you cannot reserve spaces. You'll also find the Apenesfjellet parking garage just a couple of minutes' walk away from the hotel.
From Monday 4 November 2024, you can park free of charge for up to 2 hours on weekdays in the following municipal parking garages – Apenesfjellet, St.Hansfjellet and Cityterminalen (Torvbyen). Subsequently, you will be charged 30 NOK per hour. During weekends, you can park free of charge from 9am – 12 midnight. There is a maximum charge of 75 NOK between 8pm – 8am in the garages.
There is a half price discount available for electric vehicles via the Fredrikstad parking app.
Luggage storage
The hotel has a luggage room where you are welcome to store your belongings both before and after your stay.
Ironing room
Need to iron your clothes? Then head to our ironing room located by the elevators on floor 3! The room is open between 7am – 11pm.
WiFi
Our free WiFi can be accessed from anywhere in the hotel. Simply connect to the Strawberry Guest network - no password required!
