Welcome to our living room! Come here to enjoy a delicious breakfast and Haugesund's most well-filled Sunday buffet! Guests can look forward to fried eggs, poached eggs, bread, pancakes and freshly brewed coffee, as well as omelettes made to order. The focus is on locally sourced ingredients from quality suppliers, with salmon from Espevær and Skakkelaks, jams from Tveit Gard, syrup from Lie Gård, organic honey from Snill Bie on Bømlo and a variety of produce from Kyvik. We also cater for those with allergies providing a range of gluten and lactose-free foods. You really must try our award-winning breakfast that has been named "Twining's Best Breakfast" several years in a row. Come in, sit down and enjoy!

Café René
With a fantastic location right on the Smedasundet quayside, Café René is an informal and popular place to hang out and enjoy a great range of dishes, both for lunch and dinner. If there's nothing to tempt your fancy on the à la carte menu, you can have a look at our fresh produce to see the day's selection. If you've got a sweet tooth, then you'll be delighted to hear that we have an in-house patisserie that makes buttered rolls, cakes and other sweets. If you're the kind of person who checks Tripadvisor for all the best breweries in a new destination, you need look no further. We dare to say that we have the city's best selection of beers right here at the hotel, plus a great range of other beverages of course! We have 13 beers on draught, over 170 bottled beers, as well as kombuchas, teas and much more. You'll be truly spoiled for choice!
Naustet
The well-known Naustet restaurant and café is a popular choice here in Haugesand. Enjoy the inspiring menu featuring a variety of local foods and traditions, with plenty of seafood and meat. And our own patisserie chefs create fabulous sweets and treats for you to try! When in season, we serve traditional dishes such as fresh skrei cod, lutefisk and local pork chops.
Brovingen
Let your creativity shine and use your senses to experience the true Haugalandet! We serve fresh produce that is locally sourced from farmers and fisherman, and then transformed into into 5 or 6-course menus with accompanying drinks packages, including plenty of non-alcoholic options. Our menu changes all the time, but is generally composed of a soup, seafood, catch of the day, local meat, Norwegian cheese and lovely desserts made by our patisserie chefs.
Brovingen arranges themed events several times throughout the year. Here we allow our apprentices to get creative or we host a wonderful "Winemakers Dinner". Please let us know if you'd like us to put together a special package for you. We accept groups of 15+ for these kind of events.
Sunday buffet
Our Sunday buffet features a cold buffet with seafood including mussels, langoustines, salmon, sushi and other delicacies from the sea! The buffet also has plenty of dishes from the land, including meats and side dishes. Kids can enjoy some classic favourites in between their activities - we have slides, toys, puzzles, a PlayStation and movies to keep them entertained! The Sunday buffet adapts to the seasons and we have special themed buffets for Christmas, Halloween and Easter.
