Fantastic employees and top service. Really nice atmosphere and a clean place / rooms. I will definitely return to this hotel.

The location is great, I definitly liked the lobby and the rooms look pretty nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean. The decor is nice - a bit maximalism (which I did enjoy). The breakfast was really wonderful. But there were these small things that annoyed us: * Why do they not replenty coffee and tea amenities every day and why is there no sugar or milk? * Why do I find out that the shampoo bottle was empty after I had wet my hair (they do have this big containers in the shower and you do expect them to be chequed) * The thermostat in the room did not work - we followed the instruction from the reception, but it was still the same temperature * The loo-paper was of a very low quality * The bathroom light goes on automatically, so if you have to get up in the night, you're sure to be really waken up.

+ service was great, everyone working there greeted my every day, room was clean, got a room with window out to the street, items like fridge and watherboiler in the room is a plus, and coffee awailable in the lobby. Location super, the building and architecture great and interesting - decor! Big minus!! Jeeeeeez!?! Why?? Arabian Night meets European Bondage or something?! This hotel would have been the start of this town - if they had just listened to the buildings whispers! Grey, Black, Silver and Purple...? Looks like somthing the great artist Prince would have lovede 25 years ago..

Lovely and elegant hotel near the harbor and main shopping area. Parking was right at the hotel and easy to access. The room was very quiet despite overlooking the street. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Good: Great location; easy to find and close to shopping street and pedestrian mall/dining/ferry Breakfast was really good with variety. Not so good: No place to park upon arrival; no sense of arrival. Had to park in remote lot across the street. Walk-in and navigate access. Garage: way too tight and hard to navigate with luxury car Luggage: had to pull luggage up garage ramp, no elevator access to hotel from garage. No ramp from street to front door - had to heft up luggage to hotel entrance Room: didn’t really care for window facing interior lobby of hotel No bath mat or washcloths.
