Below you'll find useful information for those of you planning a stay at Norefjell Ski & Spa. Please don't hesitate to contact us in case you have any further queries.

Parking

We have 405 parking spaces in our multi-storey car park located under the hotel. Hotel guests are welcome to park here for free. You are also welcome to drive up to our main entrance to drop someone off or unload your luggage.

Cash-free hotel

Norefjell Ski & Spa is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests. For guests it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Please contact us for more information.

WiFi

There is free WiFi all throughout our hotel.

Breakfast

We serve a nice, healthy breakfast every morning featuring a wide selection of bread, sandwich toppings, hot dishes, yoghurt, fruit, vegetables, juice and coffee.

Luggage storage

Our luggage storage room is located on floor 4, right next to the reception. Just ask someone in the reception if you would like to access the room.

Late check-out

If you want to stay in your room a little longer, we'll be happy to help. You can check out as late as 2pm for 200 NOK or 5pm for 500 NOK. Just come to the reception and we'll make the suitable arrangements for you. You are of course still welcome to use our hotel facilities even after you have checked out.

Ski shop and waxing

During the winter season, you can store your skis in our ski shop and take advantage of our waxing service on the first floor. The key to the waxing cabin can be borrowed from reception.

Fancy a little luxury?

Staying at a hotel shouldn't be the same as what you're used to at home. You should experience a sense of luxury, and perhaps even treat yourself to something special. Flowers in the room? A bottle of champagne, a fruit basket or some chocolates? There are lots of extras available, so please go ahead and contact us to plan your treat!

Self-catering apartments

If you prefer the idea of self-catered accommodation, you can choose between apartments of either 35 sqm (four beds) or 70 sqm (three bedrooms – one with a double bed and two with bunk beds). Enjoy a stay in these authentic Norwegian cabins, each featuring a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The larger apartments also have a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen can be provided for an extra charge. Please contact us for more information or to make a booking.

Lost & Found

Any forgotten items of clothing (excluding underwear) will be kept for three months. Please contact the hotel if you think you may have left something behind.
