The hotel hosted their annual Christmas party in the lobby the same Sunday night, when we stayed at the hotel for one night. The bass from the music in the lobby area was incredibly loud and obnoxious at the 5th(!) floor. Despite calls to the reception, the bass was still loud at the 5th floor past midnight. I wish they’d closed the whole place for the night to throw their company party (this would have been a great option with no frustrated guests who couldn’t sleep). And let the guests be able to choose another hotel for this specific night. It’s lovely that the hotel throw their employees a great party - but treat you paying guests with respect please. Otherwise: great breakfast, nice beds, problem with the main lights in one room (staff fixed this) and one bed not made ready (staff fixed this after we notified them of the problem). In sum: due to awful sleep and disregard for the guests this night, we will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

Very-very bad experience. Once we arrived the desk attendant was very rude, they were not happy since we made our reservation through Booking.com We spent two nights (we booked 3 rooms) and asked for room cleaning and despite we scheduled it once we returned they didn’t clean the room. I also asked them to send someone from maintenance to check the AC of my room but they refused and asked me to reset the AC and wait 30 minutes to re start the system. It was a very bad experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a prime location near to Metro, Bus station. Also have a nice community. But the hotel rooms are not up to the mark for what we are paying. Additionally the breakfast they provided is so basic and repeat all the 3 days of my stay.

Nice hotel with good proximity to the metro. There is an issue with cleaning service not passing by everyday without explicit request at the reception, but other than that all was fine. And the breakfast is great with a huge buffet. There is also a cozy bar at the entrance in case of rainy evenings.
