Below you'll find useful information for those planning a stay at Quality Hotel Sarpsborg. Please don't hesitate to contact us in case you have any further queries.

Breakfast

Guests can look forward to a delicious buffet breakfast featuring a good range of fresh produce. Breakfast is always included in your room rate.

Parking

There is a large car park with 500 spaces right outside the hotel, where you can park free of charge for up to 1 hour. Thereafter, it costs 20 NOK/hour or 90 NOK/24 hours. The fee for vehicles over 7.5 tonnes is 190 NOK/24 hours. Please note that your current parking period will end if you exit the parking facility. Payments are processed via Onepark, which automatically registers your vehicle when you drive in and out of the garage. Please pay using the app or the machine outside. If you depart without paying your parking fee, we will send you an invoice with an additional fee by post.

For those with an electric vehicle, there are charging stations with cheap and green electricity at the INSPIRIA Ladepark next to the hotel. Please pay using the machines at the charging park.

WiFi

There is free wireless internet available all over the hotel. Simply access the "Quality Guest" network – no password required!

Luggage storage

The hotel has a luggage room where you can store your belongings before and after your stay.

Late check-out

If you want to keep your room a little longer, you can pay for a late-check-out. Please note, however, that this is subject to availability. You are welcome to use our facilities all day even after you have checked out.

No swimming costume?

No worries! There is a shop at Superland that sells swimwear for both adults and children. You can also purchase goggles, toys and earplugs here.

For an extra special stay, why not surprise a loved one with some flowers waiting for you in your room upon arrival? You could also arrange a nice surprise for your kids! Just contact us with any other ideas you might have and we'll do our best to help!

Shopping

The Storbyen shopping centre is located in central Sarpsborg centre, about 5 minutes from our hotel. To visit the Amfi Borg shopping centre (about 3 minutes away from the hotel), take the E6 motorway towards Sweden, and then take the first exit no. 6. Østfoldhallen is about 10 minutes away – follow road 109 towards Fredrikstad. You'll also find a good range of shops in central Sarpsborg.
