I stayed at the hotel for a couple of weeks for a business trip. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the centre, within walking distance. I had a good time, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but still comfortable. Being a 4 star hotel I suggest that guests are provided with a bath kit and slippers in their room. The breakfast is really good and varied. In particular I would like to point out the courtesy, helpfulness and professionalism of Mrs Nicoleta, who is always present in the breakfast room, and also of the restaurant manager Alessandro.

This hotel stay was beyond expectations. The breakfast was incredible - so many options and great service! The bars and restaurant were clean and tidy with friendly staff that were a joy to talk to.

I arrived at 11 o’clock in the morning and was not able to check into my room without a €40 charge. I did argue that they could not possibly rent the room between 11 and three but I was still charged. They had a problem with the electronickey access to the rooms but the staff are superbly helpful. It is a very friendly nice hotel with a good bar and good atmosphere I will definitely stay again.

Surprised that this hotel has a gym that doesn't look like post apocalyptic underground. Breakfast was delightful, staying here for two days, waiting lobby is nice and over all a lot of space. Breakfast: Glutenfree alternatives are nice. However too much pork for kosher and halal people. They do have vegan yoghurts though. Room: loved hairdryer and amount of pillows, TV was easy to cast on. Negatives: Poor pressure in shower. Coffee machine in the lobby isn't the best and often there is no milk, but that's me splitting hairs here if we are being honest.
