Parking
Those of you arriving by car can park at the back of the hotel, subject to availability. We also recommend the Fjellparkeringen parking garage located about 300 metres from the hotel. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Luggage storage
We have a luggage room where you are welcome to store your belongings, both before and after your stay.
WiFi
Our free WiFi can be accessed from anywhere in the hotel. You don't even need a password. Just access the network – simple as that!
Gym & exercise
Fancy a workout? Then you'll be delighted to hear that there are plenty of opportunities to exercise here in Tromsø, both indoors and outdoors. There is a Feel 24 gym situated within easy reach of the hotel, wher hotel guests are welcome to exercise free of charge. Please contact the reception for more information.
Laundry service
Wish you could travel with less luggage? No problem! We have a laundry service here at the hotel! Just leave your laundry at the reception before 8.30am and you'll get it back the same day. Please ask us about prices and more information.
Safety box
Most of our rooms are equipped with a safety deposit box, where you can leave your valuables during your stay. We also have safety deposit boxes in the reception.

Please contact the conference reception desk for assistance with photocopying.
Late check-out
Want to keep your room a little longer? We offer late check-out for a fee, subject to availability. You can even book an earlier check-in.
Forgotten to pack something?
No problem! We have just about everything you might need here at the hotel. Our Welcome Office sells a range of toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shoe polish and sewing kits. Need something we don't have? Just let us know and we'll do our best to help you get it.

The Clarion Hotel The Edge is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary.
