great view from sky bar, very helpful and friendly staff. our room was a standard room 518 small and cupboard only just opened against bed two windows one with small view of the sea and one of an A/C unit! but due the shape of the hotel they obviously have small rooms but great breakfasts with a chef cooking omletes they make a good poridge on request cold meets cold salmon etc we decided on the christmas buffet which again was good value they dont have a drying room we had a lot of snow and rain the hotel is an easy walk from the central church square so good location for all the trips and boat trips and bus station i would recommend this one!

Great location for all things Tromso- also close to the bus station if you wish to take excursions that require bus travel. Helpful staff, plentiful breakfast! Clean room with great wet room facilities. Sky bar with great views over Tromso.

I really like having breakfast here every morning and it was well worth the extra money we paid for it. There was a lot of variety and all the food was pretty good quality. Besides the breakfast, the staff were pretty efficient in helping us out.

I have been organizing a conference here. I was impressed by the location, quality of food and service here. Hotel is really nice, beautiful interiors, awesome variety of food and very professional , hospitable and nice service. I definitely recommend this hotel, one of the best I ever stayed in Norway.

We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel. The first night was in a different room (double) since they were so full that they didn't have twins. Even thought the room category was the same (Superior), the room size difference was around 60%. So be aware that you can have a normal room size or a tiny room size even within the same room category. Apart from this inconsistent room sizing, we had a great stay. The rooms were quiet...we could not hear neighbors or noise from hallway even though we were located super close to the lifts. Breakfast was abundant, though of course at 5 nights, things get boring. WIFI is another weak point. The one in my room barely worked. But WIFI was fine in our kids room. Location was perfect. Tours in general meet right across the hotel. There were also food trucks half a block away. I feel location is much better than Radisson. All in all, a recommended stay.
