Quality hotel in the city centre. Breakfast was so goood! Love it!!! Staff always smiling and greet the guests! Keep it up.. strawberry team

Comfortable room, parking and good food for breakfast and dinner. I got a parking option. There were problems with the room cards, but we were able to solve it.

My family and I stayed here when SAS cancelled our flight at very short notice and left us to our own devices to find accommodation. The lady at reception (Alex) was very sympathetic and helpful when making a booking for us . Hotel is central and functional. Rooms very comfortable.

The breakfast was great, there was absolutely nothing missing and left nothing to be desired. The location right in the city center was also perfect. The bathroom was good, especially the shower was great! The lobby and breakfast room are attractively furnished. We had booked a family room (up to 4 people) for 3 adults. The room was much, much too small for this! There was only one space for suitcases and no storage for packing and unpacking. As the suitcases were very dirty due to the winter weather, it was out of the question to put them on the bed. There were no closets, shelves or anything like that, just a coat rack. There were not enough hooks in the bathroom. There was also no safe. It would be nice if there was a shoe shine machine in the house, absolutely essential in muddy weather. Also, the carpeting in the hallways is very run down.

Our room (125) was large, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of minot gripes...Our room was a bit odd. You can only have the, otherwise useful, bedside reading light on if you have a main light on at the same time. Plus the main light switch turned off the plug socket with which I was charging my back up battery packs. There wasn't a single drawer for storage. There were lots of useful coat hooks though.
