Needs to be refreshed. Good location. Friendly reception. Booked for three but room was not prepared.

I’ve read some of the reviews that say it’s like the Danish ferry here and I see what they mean. It’s a tired place, but we were happy here. We had a superior room and had a lot of space. We were hoping for a Nespresso machine and not a water cooker, so that was disappointing. The beds were comfortable and we thought the staff was friendly. We like that there is not room cleaning daily and really enjoyed the dinner that was included. The food was good here. Great location and really nice with the food stands on the main floor. I will stay here again next time I am in town.

Hotel is very old and requires maintenance. The daily rate is a little expensive for what is offered compared to other hotels in the region. The rooms need to have scheduled cleaning, with a little bureaucracy. The hotel offers breakfast, afternoon snack and a small dinner.

The room was not cleaned from the previous guests. The toilet had dried feces, the garbage was not emptied and I found hair from the previous guest on my side of the bed. That’s disgusting! I complained about the state of the room and the staff member apologized and promised that the room would get properly cleaned. When we came back from lunch with our friends the toilet had still dried feces, the garbage was still not emptied and the sheets were not changed. All they had done was make the bed. I had to complain about the state of the room yet again. Luckily we got great help this time. He gave us enough bonuspoints for 1 free stay and gave us a new room. We had to downgrade, but at least the room was clean. I really hope they check the rooms before any new guests arrive, because clearly the cleaning staff isn’t doing a very good job.

Clean and cozy room with comfortable bed. Excellent service and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.
